It's deadline day! Today is your last chance to send in your artist application for Medway Open Studios and Arts Festival 2026. Inside The Hulks Lane Dark Room and Studio (MOSAF 2022). @hldarkroom Keep your eyes peeled… One of the biggest misconceptions about Medway Open Studios is that you HAVE to have a traditional studio space to take part… but that’s not the case at all. We've been reflecting on some snaps from the Medway Open Studios Festivals that have been and gone. We adore it when our artists decide to get creative to help the MOSAF buzz continue to thrive in the lead-up to the Festival. Where will you be advertising this year? Will you be helping us spread the MOSAF love? It's almost one week until our application process to enter Medway Open Studios and Arts Festival 2026 closes. Will we be seeing artists fill the glorious Nucleus Arts spaces for Medway Open Studios 2026? We certainly hope so… @nucleusarts @nucleus.artists Have you all been having a good week? Because we certainly have… we can see your applications flying in and it’s safe to say the excitement is building! One of my absolute favourite things about Open Studios is spotting the wonderfully quirky ways artists repurpose everyday objects. Creatives have a knack for seeing potential where others might see waste - and many of us are constantly thinking about the social, political and environmental impact of what we make.
